Beginning today, Mrs. Velde’s class will be collecting non-working holiday lights to recycle. Bring them to Eagle Creek! Don’t throw them in the trash!

Power Rangers Meet
12/02/15 Eagle Creek Elementary
Power Rangers met on Tuesday. We discussed recycle project ideas. We will be collecting holiday lights that don’t work, paper toilet and paper towel cardboard rolls. discussed our first walk-through which was prior to Thanksgiving break. We will give teachers a "heads-up" before winter break!

Power Rangers Unite
11/14/15 Eagle Creek Elementary
Power Rangers met on November 3 and discussed the Plant Activity, placed PPP posters throughout the Eagle Creek building, discussed Earth Day project, planned recycle events throughout the year, and were given the assignment to write a pledge that all students could take over the PA during the morning announcements. There was a lot of enthusiasm shown by the Power Rangers this year. Next meeting is December 1, 8:30 AM.

Congratulations to Mrs. Velde’s class on winning a pizza party for participating in the PPP plant activity. Thanks, Mrs. Koivisto, for giving us funds to choose a class from our school as well as the one hosted by McKinstry. We are all winners!
