A letter was sent home to the parents informing them of People Power Planet. It gave them instructions on how to go to the website to learn more and find activities to complete.

On November 27th Mrs. Oas and Mrs. Batalden (The Energy Champions) spoke to the whole school about People Power Planet. We informed staff and students about things they could do to save energy at school and at home. They went back to their classrooms to sign their "Light Bulb" agreeing to the Energy Pledge.

The official kick off for students will be at an all school assembly held at the end of the month. More information to come.
People Power Planet Posters

The posters were added to the halls of Jackson Elementary promoting energy saving and getting the People Power Planet name out.
